Account security
Your Dripbase account is protected by your email and password. Here's what that means in practice, including a few things it doesn't do yet.
Signing in
Sign-in is email and password. There's no separate device approval step and no code sent to your phone or email as part of a normal sign-in today.
There's no "sign out everywhere"
Dripbase issues a signed session token when you sign in, and that token is what proves who you are on later requests. There's no list of your signed-in devices, and no way today to sign out of every device from your account — signing out on one device doesn't touch a session you may have open elsewhere. If you're signing in on a device you don't control — a shared or public computer — treat that as the same risk it would be anywhere else, and avoid it if you can.
If your account is disabled
Dripbase can revoke access to an account. If yours is disabled, signing in will fail the same way an incorrect password would, and the difference isn't disclosed on the sign-in screen — that's deliberate, so a login attempt can't be used to check whether an address has been revoked. If you believe your account was disabled and you don't know why, that's a conversation for a Dripbase representative outside the product, not something the sign-in form will explain.
Deleting your account
There's no self-service way to delete your account today, and no support tool that does it either — this isn't yet something Dripbase can act on if you ask. What is decided is what deletion will mean once it exists: it will remove your ability to sign in and to book a detail, but it will not erase your history on the platform. Your reviews and your payout records, if you have any as a detailer, will be kept — those are financial and reputational records meant to outlive the account that created them, the same way a receipt outlives a closed account elsewhere. Deletion is meant to close the door on future use, not to erase what already happened.
Written against how Dripbase works today. Rules like pricing, timing, and what we require of a detailer are settings we can change, so this describes the current behaviour rather than a permanent guarantee.
