Reporting a problem with a job
We're going to be direct here, because the alternative is pointing you at a button that doesn't exist. As of this writing, Dripbase does not have a self-serve way to open a dispute or file a report from inside the app. If you came here looking for that button, it isn't built yet, and we'd rather tell you that plainly than send you looking for it.
What you can do yourself, right now
If the job hasn't started yet — you're still waiting on a detailer, one has been assigned, or they're on the way — you can cancel it. The hold on your card is released, you're not charged anything, and it removes that detailer's access to your address right away.
Once work has actually started, cancellation isn't available to you directly any more — deciding what's fair for work that partly happened is a judgment call, and today that call is made by a person, not a form.
If you can't reach us in the app
Here's the part we can't soften: Dripbase does not currently publish a support email, phone number, or contact form anywhere in the product for reporting a problem with a job. If your issue isn't "cancel it before it starts," there is not yet a channel we can point you to in good faith.
We're not going to invent one for this article. A wrong contact address is worse than no contact address, because it teaches you to trust a dead end.
A status you will not see yet
Your jobs can show a status meaning support is looking into a problem. You will not see it today: nothing in Dripbase can currently move a job into that state, from your side or ours. We are telling you rather than letting you wonder whether you missed it.
Why this article is short
Padding it with a contact section that leads nowhere would be worse than admitting the gap. This is the article most likely to be quoted back at us by someone with a real, unresolved problem, and it should be short and true rather than long and wrong.
Written against how Dripbase works today. Rules like pricing, timing, and what we require of a detailer are settings we can change, so this describes the current behaviour rather than a permanent guarantee.
