Our community policies
Dripbase's rules for who can work on the platform and how activity is handled are limited, and this article sticks to what's actually true today rather than describing a code of conduct that doesn't exist yet. If you're looking for a full policy document, this isn't one — it's a short, honest account of what's enforced.
Only vetted detailers are offered work
Every detailer goes through a checklist of checks — background check, license, insurance, an inspection of their vehicle and equipment, among others — before they can be approved, and staying eligible for new offers depends on staying current on whichever of those checks are required, not just passing once. A lapsed check blocks new offers immediately, regardless of how long the detailer has been active. The full breakdown is in How we vet detailers.
Reviews go one direction
A customer can leave a review of the detailer who worked on their job. Detailers do not review customers — there's no such feature on Dripbase. Treat any review you read as one side's account of a job, not a mutual rating. See How reviews work for how ratings and comments work.
Access to your account can be revoked
Dripbase accounts can be disabled. If an account is in that state, signing in stops working immediately, whether you use a password or an emailed code — there's no way around it from the sign-in screen. What leads to an account being disabled is not something this article can describe, because it isn't written down anywhere we could verify. See Open questions below.
Written against how Dripbase works today. Rules like pricing, timing, and what we require of a detailer are settings we can change, so this describes the current behaviour rather than a permanent guarantee.
