What signing up asks for

The signup form is two short steps: your email first, then your name, an optional phone number, and a password of at least 8 characters. As soon as you submit, your account exists and you're signed in — there's no waiting period before you can pick a package, add a vehicle, and book.

Email and phone verification

Dripbase records whether your email and phone number have been verified. As of today, verifying either one isn't a required step to create an account or book a detail — submitting the signup form is enough.

Behind that, Dripbase has built a way to email a six-digit one-time code to confirm an address. Under current policy that code expires 10 minutes after it's sent, allows 5 incorrect guesses before it stops working, and won't be resent to the same address more than once every 60 seconds. Those three numbers are settings the platform can change, not fixed limits — if you ever see different numbers than the ones here, the settings changed, not this article being wrong. This code flow isn't part of the sign-up or sign-in screens yet, so you won't be asked for one today.

No marketing unless you ask for it

Your account is created with marketing opt-in turned off. Nothing on Dripbase currently sends marketing email or texts, and nothing will start doing that for your account unless you take an action that turns it on. There's no opt-in checkbox on today's signup form, which means the honest state of every account right now is: no marketing sent, none requested.

Signing in

Once your account exists, sign in with your email and password. There's no "remember this device" step and no separate code-based sign-in today — it's email and password, the same way you signed up.
