Where is my detailer?
Open Your jobs. Each booking shows its stage, and the detailer's name once someone has taken it. If it still says "Finding your detailer", nobody has accepted it yet.
If it says "Finding your detailer"
Your job is being offered to vetted detailers near you, a few at a time. There is no queue position to look up and nobody to chase, because a detailer has to choose to take it. Your card is holding the total and nothing has been charged.
If nobody accepts before your appointment window runs out, the job is withdrawn and shows "Nobody was available". The hold is released and you are not charged. A different day or time often has different detailers free. See What your reservation status means.
If a detailer is confirmed
Your job shows their name and the appointment window, which is when they are expected.
Make sure your address notes say how to reach the car if you will not be home. See Preparing for your reservation.
If your detailer has not arrived
Email support@getdripbase.com with the date and the detailer's name, and say how long past the window it has been. A person reads it. If you are worried about your safety, call 911 first.

You will get a first reply within 24 hours, every day of the week. A first reply is not always a resolution.
If you would rather call it off, see Cancelling a reservation.
Written against how Dripbase works today. Rules like pricing, timing, and what we require of a detailer are settings we can change, so this describes the current behaviour rather than a permanent guarantee.
